60 minute guided grocery tour: $100 for 1 person - $150 for 2-3 people - $200 for 4 or more people
Enjoy a tour around the grocery store while learning about the areas where you should buy your food! One of our Naturopathic Doctors will provide valuable information to help you make more informed decisions about your food choices. Learn how to select fresh produce, meat and other protein sources, whole grains, and dairy products. You will also gain an understanding of reading labels and how to choose better options regarding breads, cereals, crackers, canned foods, frozen foods, and condiments. This is an invaluable tour that can change the way you eat!

Bring in a one week diet diary and one of our Naturopathic Doctors will review it and make some specific suggestions that will help to improve your overall diet, nutrition, and health! Small, manageable changes are the key to reaching your nutritional goals. Some individuals might want to book more than one session in order to benefit from continued support, new suggestions to keep you moving forward, and/or to maintain motivation.

Perhaps you are looking for general information on a diagnosed condition. Do you have questions about supplements? Maybe you would like to find out more about what Naturopathic Medicine is and the treatments that are available. Book a 15 minute question and answer session with one of our naturopaths and get answers to the health-related questions you've been wondering about. To get the most out of your session, drop off your questions at least 1 day before your scheduled appointment.
